I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in delivering the mornings activities. All of the children learnt a great deal from the interesting presentation that Tim and Nicola gave to the children on flooding. The hands-on activities, building flood barriers was an extremely effective way to get the children to understand how barriers are built and how to design and evaluate their construction. We have left the barriers intact in school to monitor over the next two days.
All the staff and children were very appreciative of your time and the excellent resources that brought in with to complete the activities. We would also like to say a huge thank you for the excellent "goodies" that you provided us with along with the newsletter.
Please thank all your colleagues for their excellent support - the children's' learning was superb throughout the morning.
